Here's a checklist of requirements to kickstart your first Libreboot flash

This is the equipment I used to perform Libreboot on laptops featuring SOIC8 chips (8 pins).

Raspberry Pi Pico H (with soldered headers denoted by the "H")

The Raspberry Pi Pico is inexpensive and designed with the right 3.3V logic levels. This means it won't accidentally fry your board by sending 5V signals

Pomona Clip 5250 for SOIC8 chips

Pomona Clip is arguably the premier choice on the market for executing this type of operation

Dupont Cables

The Dupont Cable must be female-female and 10cm in length, as this provides optimal conditions for reliable data transmission. Lengths longer than this may introduce the risk of potential data errors occurring during transmission

MicroUSB cable with data transfer

The USB cable is used to connect your Raspberry Pico to the laptop, enabling you to initiate the Libreboot process on your ThinkPad BIOS chip.
